Our main goal is to help you sell your home. OKByOwner can provide you with the services and tools necessary to help you accomplish your sale in a timely and cost effective manner. However, if for some reason, be it personal, business, financial, or you simply decide you no longer want to sell your own home, we still have the answer. As part of our Cooperating Realtor Network, OKByOwner works with the top Realtors in your area. Should you choose to List, Sell and Close with one of our network Realtors with a traditional 6% listing, we will fully refund the fees you paid to OKByOwner

Heres How It Works:

  1. After purchasing an MLS plan on OKByOwner, if your property has not yet sold or
    you simply don’t want to sell by owner any longer. Just email or call using the information
    below so we can get you in contact with one of our network of Realtors.
  2. You must contact OKByOwner before talking or interviewing another Realtor.  We will not be able to issue a refund if you enter into a listing agreement with another broker.  You must be referred to your new full-service broker to qualify for the refund.
  3. When your home sells using a Realtor we referred , we will need a copy of the HUD statement that you receive after your
    closing, and we will refund any fees you paid to OKByOwner.com.
